Herzlich Willkommen in der Mühle Bohle.

 

 

Die Mühle Bohle ist eine ehemalige Doppelmühlenanlage (Bocke- und Walkemühle). Die erstmalige Errichtung der Wassermühlenanlage dürfte im  13. Jahrhundert liegen.  Durch Rumpius urkundlich belegt ist die Erneuerung der Mühlentechnik nach dem 30. jährigen Krieg im Jahre 1669 / 1670. Die im Oberwasser der Düte liegende Dreibogenbrücke trägt die Inschrift 1842. Das Das heutige Hauptgebäude wurde im Jahre 1906 errichtet. Die dem Hauptgebäude angegliederte Sägemühle dürfte, wie die auf der anderen Düteseite gelegene  Bockemühle, in die Zeit der Errichtung der Brücke zurückgehen. Seit 1994 wird die Mühle Bohle durch den Heimatverein Wersen restauriert und unterhalten.
An Mühlentagen und nach Absprache kann die Mühle besichtigt werden. Das Mühlenteam erläutert die verschiedenen Bearbeitungsgänge und die  Einrichtungen der Mühle.
